The Optimal SWAT System focuses on improving the performance and fitness levels of tactical LEO (SWAT/RRT), specialized military units, and private contractors with LE/mil backgrounds looking to take their performance and fitness to another level.

Focus is on functional strength, improving bodyweight to strength ratios, dealing unbalanced loads, and conditioning, as well as grip strength, combined with shooting rotations designed to greatly improve performance and shooting under stress.

This type of training is particularly useful to tactical law enforcement, SOF, strong man competitors, MMA fighters, and others, where functional strength is essential. Specific to SWAT and SOF, this type of training, combined with various shooting rotations and scenarios, has direct impact on job performance and survivability.

“High tech” equipment is not required, with rope climbing, wall climbing, phone pole lifting, tire flipping, sand bags, chains, and other creative functional strength modalities are combined with shooting drills. These drills are specific to the demands and requirements of SWAT/RRT, SOF, and other groups and or individuals where the ability to shoot under great physical stress is an essential component to success and survival.

It should be noted I am not a combat/tactical shooting instructor. I am an avid shooter, IDPA competitor, and shoot regularly with some highly qualified/experienced shooters, but my expertise is not in the area of combat/tactical shooting. The people -or groups- who come to me should already have their skill sets in this area down solid. I set up the combined exercise rotations and shooting drills, but the shooters must have their required skill sets in place for this training.

However, I do coordinate with qualified instructors in that area, and can combine the Optimal SWAT System with a high level instructor if required or requested. Courses can be highly individualized to the team or individual and as few as two or as many as fifty people can be trained. Courses can also include classroom time covering topics related to health, performance, etc., as it relates to supplements, nutrition, and other essential topics. See my vids and articles for additional information and use the contact option if you have questions.

See you on the range
